do you have a brick & mortar store and where is your store located?
Our Caddo Mills location closed permanently in February 2022. Our 2nd location in Heath, TX was closed in Early November 2020 due to COVID-19. We are still online 24/7!!

how can I contact you with any questions that I have about an order or a particular product?
The most efficient way to contact us is to email! We answer emails 24/7!


do I need to create a login to shop?
Nope! Feel free to check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status. It also reduces the chances of accidentally having a type-o in your shipping/billing address. (don't forget - with an account, you accumulate points to redeem for coupons!!)

how do I create an account?
At the top right of our website, you will see an account link with a drop down menu. Click register and fill in the blanks! 

so why do you recommend creating an account?
We truly love our customers! Creating an account is one of the most efficient ways for us to take care of you! By creating an account you’ll have access to your past orders, store credit codes, and not to mention a much faster check out process! (don't forget - with an account, you accumulate points to redeem for coupons!!)

if I create an account, does that automatically sign me up to receive newsletters?
No! During the checkout process, you will have a chance to check a box "Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers" in order to receive perks via email! You can uncheck the box if you want to opt out! 

is there a way to subscribe to your emails so I can stay up to date with new arrivals + exclusive discounts?
You bet! You’ll be excited to see what beautiful items arrive weekly to your mailbox! Just scroll down to the bottom of the website – you’ll see a box to enter in your email address and just like that - you will begin to receive our newsletter!

can I unsubscribe at any time if I change my mind?
Whether accepting our marketing during checkout, entering your email at the bottom of our website, or saying "yes" in store to receive our newsletters - you can unsubscribe at any point by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any emails you receive from MRB! 

what if I forget my password?
No problem, you can retrieve your password by selecting the “Forgot Your Password” link on the login page. If you still need a little help, remember you can always shoot us an email at for extra help!

is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. Happy shopping!

what are Heart Rewards and how do I sign up?
We are SO glad you asked us! Our Heart Rewards Loyalty program is a great way to save some big bucks! You earn 200 points when you sign up, earn points with every purchase, free points on your birthday, and more! You redeem those points for discount codes to use online! (At this time you are not able to use more than 1 code on each order) You also earn 2000 mega points for referring a friend when they make their first purchase on our website! 


should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been pulled and packed, you will receive a second email with either a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these emails, please add to your email address book.

what if the item I want to order is out of stock?
No problem! Click the "NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE" button and either enter your email or phone number to receive a notification when it is restocked!! Every week we reorder popular out-of-stock items. One of the heaviest factors in this decision making process depends on the demand created by you! Let us know what you want to see back in-stock by signing up for restock notifications!

since I have signed up to be notified when an item is restocked, does that mean I’m guaranteed to receive the item?
No, our items sell quickly and we are limited to the quantity of our vendors. However, we will continue to re-stock any specific item as long as the demand continues and it is available from our vendor.

do you offer in-store same day pick up?
We are working on local pick-up options now that both of our storefront locations are closed. Please check back soon for more details!

what about curbside delivery for online orders? 
Due to both of our storefront locations being closed, we no longer offer curbside delivery. We do offer a flat shipping rate of only $3.00!! 

I received my order and something doesn't seem right?
No problem - we will get to the bottom of it quickly! For fastest results send an email to and we will get you taken care of!


where do I enter the promotional code?
During checkout, on the right side of the screen, you will see a list of the items you are purchasing along with your total. Above the “total” is a box that says “gift card or discount code”. This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit “Apply”. Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the “Complete Order” button. Please email if you have any questions!

what if my code says it does not belong to me?

The promotional codes are associated with email addresses. Make sure you’re using the same email address the code was sent to, as the address associated with your account. If you are unable to match up the email address, send us an email! We’re more than happy to help you out!

can I use multiple discount codes for one order?
Unfortunately, our site only allows for one discount code to be used per order. However, you can use a discount code and a gift card/store credit code on the same order.


do we have any tips for shopping our site?
Yes, we highly recommend signing up to be notified when a certain product is out of stock that you are wanting to purchase an item out of stock. We also update our site weekly with new products and events! Oh - and newsletter, newsletter, newsletter! Join the newsletter! Don't miss out on exclusive deals only subscribers get!

Well of course! Under the "EVENTS" tab on the homepage --> Calling All Singles! If you have joined our VIP TEXT club, we often send out a code for big time savings on these last chance styles! 

do you ever offer double point days for your loyalty program?
YES! Sign up for our HEART REWARDS program! Y'all this is FREE MONEY towards a future order! 5 points for every $1! 10 Points during DOULBE POINT DAYS! Redeem points for discount codes! Why would you not sign up for this?!

how often do you post new products? and where can I find out about them?
We post new arrivals throughout the week. We also do unboxing lives in our VIP facebook group!
